Introduction

Zhejiang Hongji Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongji Petrochemical") was established in July 2009. With a registered capital of 116.6 million yuan, the company covers an area of 100 mu and is primarily engaged in polypropylene production and propylene trade. It is located in the China Chemical New Materials Industrial Park in Jiaxing Port Zone, Zhejiang. Situated at the center of the Yangtze River Delta, Jiaxing Port Zone (Zhapu) is within a one-hour drive to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Nanjing, offering significant regional advantages.Leveraging the geographical advantages of the port zone, Hongji Petrochemical has built dedicated pipelines at the Jiaxing Port wharf, allowing propylene feedstock to be directly transported to the plant's propylene storage tanks via the wharf pipeline network. This ensures both the safety of in-transit raw materials and cost advantages in transportation. The facility is equipped with six propylene storage tanks, each with a capacity of 3,000 cubic meters, enabling a one-time storage of up to 8,500 tons of propylene feedstock.Hongji Petrochemical has invested in a 240,000-ton/year continuous polypropylene production unit, utilizing domestic SPG (vertical liquid-phase reactor combined with horizontal gas-phase reactor) propylene polymerization technology. The total investment for this project is 518 million yuan. Since its commissioning in July 2011, the unit has been operating stably. The homopolymer PP powder produced is widely used in drawing, injection molding, fiber, and non-woven fabric applications. Newly developed random copolymer transparent materials, coating materials, and PPR pipe specialty materials have achieved domestically leading performance levels and are highly regarded in the market. The company can also develop and produce different grades of products based on customer requirements to meet personalized needs.Stable product quality, diverse product categories, and a strong market reputation have established Hongji Petrochemical as an influential industry brand in China.
